Refund policy

We will refund or exchange any item except underwear  that is unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on wayi-bamboo.myshopify.com with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase date. Unfortunately, any items outside of this policy are ineligible for return. All the on sale items are final. 

All the payment will be refund to original payment method. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

One time exchange allowed:  The exchanged item will have to be shipped back to us by at your own cost. We will only send you the exchanged item after we received the unwanted item. 

Gift Returns:  Gifts are eligible for a one time exchange within 30 days of purchase.  So long as the item(s) have not been washed or worn, underwear is not allowed for return, and have their original tags attached. Gift returns will be refunded in the form of store credit in the recipient’s name or as a refund to the original method of payment. Please provide full name of purchaser and order # if possible. Gifts purchased at a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.
